I have a question about my order. What should I do?

When will I get my order?
Orders usually ship out within 1-2 business days from California. Orders placed after 3:00PM EST on Friday, or over the weekend, will ship on Monday. If you need delivery on a specific date, we recommend you choose an expedited delivery method. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. If you have further questions about your order or shipment, please email [email protected] or call us at 888-452-1053. We’re happy to help!
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, and we’ll do our best to help you with any changes or cancellations. Contact us as soon as possible at 888-452-1053 Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 8:00PM EST and Saturday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST excluding holidays. You can also email us at [email protected]. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any changes.

How do I track my order?
After your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation from us with a FedEx tracking code and a link to view the status of your order. If you do not receive a tracking code or shipment notification, please contact our Customer Service team.
What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and let us know the concern. Please email us at [email protected] and we will gladly work with you on a replacement or any next steps.

Why is my card declining?
If your card is declined your billing address may not match, or you may have insufficient funds. Sometimes when your card declines, there will be a pending charge on your account but you will not be charged.
When will I be charged for my online order?
When you place an order, we authorize the full amount on your card. You will not be charged until the order ships. If you paid with PayPal however, you will be charged immediately.
Where do you charge Sales Tax?
Within the U.S. we are required to collect Sales Tax for any orders that ship to NY, CA, or WA. For taxes and duties related to international shipments, please refer to what is displayed in Checkout.
How do I make a return?
Don’t love something? No worries. We offer free returns in the U.S. for un-worn and un-damaged merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of your purchase. Please use the provided FedEx return shipping label, and follow the instructions on the invoice included with your shipment.

I no longer have my return shipping label, what should I do?
Reach out to [email protected] or call us at 888-452-1053, and we’ll create a new one for you.
How long does a return take?
U.S. returns are processed within 24 hours after we receive the item(s). Refunds take 3-5 business days, and credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We have partnered with a third party to service our international customers. To ship internationally just click on the "Outside the U.S.?" button in your Shopping Bag. If you are already in Checkout and have entered an international Ship To address, you will be automatically transferred to a page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment. At this point you still have the ability to review your order and cancel.

Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

Customer Service and our warehouse are closed on the following days. When placing your order, be sure to allow extra days for processing:

What sizes do you offer?
Great question! We will have tween sizes 7 - 16 and junior sizes 1 - 5.
I don’t fit a tween size or junior size. What do I do?
Need a different size? Email us at [email protected]. We’re considering adding more sizes depending on your needs.
What size should I buy?
We get you. Tween and teen’s are constantly growing, and body types differ from one another. Most of our models in the images wear either a size 10, 1 or 3. To find your perfect fit:
  • Step 1 Grab a soft measuring tape
  • Step 2 Measure yourself using our awesome guide. Or have your parent or a friend measure for you.
  • Step 3 Review our Size Chart to determine the best size and fit.
What is the difference between a tween size and junior size?
It’s up to you. Maddie comes in Tween sizes 7 - 16 and S - XL, and Junior sizes 1 - 5 and Jr X-Small and Jr Small for teens. Junior sizing offers a slightly nipped in waistline, and a wider cut at the hips and chest. Junior sizes also have longer sleeves and inseams. Tween sizing allows for east at the waist for girls with narrow hips and chest. Our tween model (Murphy) wears a size 10, and our junior model (Lily) wears a size 1.
I looked at the size chart, but I’m still not sure how an item will fit, feel or look.

I’m having trouble accessing the website. Am I blocked?
You may be blocked due to security settings. Ask your parent or guardian to approve maddiestyle.com, or add us to the “white list” of sites you can visit on all of your devices. Where is Maddie sold?
Maddie clothing is available online at maddiestyle.com, nordstrom.com and in select Nordstrom stores.
How much are Maddie clothes?
At this time, Maddie retails for $24 - $89 USD.
I don’t have U.S. dollars. How much are Maddie clothes in my country’s currency?
The total price of your order will reflect the currency associated with the shipping address and country provided during checkout. Your total, including shipping fees, and any customs or duties, will automatically update when you proceed with international checkout on maddiestlye.com.
Does Maddie offer accessories?
Maddie is a casual clothing line. We do not sell accessories at this time, but we’d love to hear what you’re thinking! Email us at [email protected].
Does Maddie Ziegler contribute to the collection? Does she actually design the clothes?
Maddie Ziegler is incredibly passionate and involved in the development of the clothing line and contributes to every aspect of the Maddie brand. She currently acts as Creative Director, and works with a team of young ambassadors, designers and brand leaders to review fabrics, designs and ideas. Absolutely, we love hearing new ideas! Please send all of your ideas and suggestions to Maddie and the design team at [email protected]. You may not hear back from our team, but don’t worry, we seriously consider all ideas. Your feedback and opinions are important to Maddie and our team.
I want to model for Maddie. What do I do next?
We maintain professional relationships with brand ambassadors and models represented by talent and modeling agencies in major cities. Have your parent or guardian reach out to a modeling or talent agency. We recommend NY Models, Zuri Model Management and Wihelmina.
We love to see how you wear looks from Maddie. Post a picture of yourself on Instagram, and tag #wwmy or #wearwhatmovesyou. Our team of insiders will select images and post on our social feeds and site. Feel free to email us pictures at [email protected], and provide your social handle. We will tag you if selected.
